LegalBy previewing or deploying a site through DARWA™ (“the Service”), operated by GhostFire Digital, you agree to these terms.
DARWA™ renders a complete cinematic identity from your domain name. Free builds are downloadable and deployable — delivered as a zip containing one self-contained HTML page plus its icons and share image. A verified email account is required to download. Free builds use category-accurate written copy; brand-specific copy is available under licence.
The build you download is yours to host, edit, and operate — including commercially, and including for the sale of the domain it was generated for. No ownership of the engine, the underlying intelligence, the naming, or the associated marks is transferred, and nothing here grants a right to resell or redistribute the engine or its output as a generation service.
Free builds carry a small visible DARWA™ credit in the footer. Removing, obscuring, or circumventing that credit without a licence is a breach of these terms. Licensing — which removes the credit and covers volume use, brand-specific copy, and platform integration — is available at darwa.ai. Scraping, automated bulk extraction, or reselling generated output as your own generation service is prohibited under any tier.
You agree not to submit domain names or use generated sites for: slurs, harassment, illegal activity, infringement of another party’s trademark or copyright, impersonation, malware distribution, or adult content. We maintain a denylist and reserve the right to refuse generation at our sole discretion.
DARWA™ and Apolune™ are trademarks of GhostFire Digital. The generated output you purchase is yours to host; the engine, naming, and associated marks are not.
You are solely responsible for how you host and use any deployed HTML. GhostFire Digital may revoke your account and invalidate unused deployments at its sole discretion. Good-faith DMCA and trademark complaints can be sent to deploy@darwa.ai and will be addressed promptly.
The Service is provided “as is.” GhostFire Digital makes no guarantee of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output, and disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
