The Free Preview renders a live, watermarked preview of your domain in the browser. It is a preview only — it is not downloadable, not transferable, and not deployable, and it confers no ownership of the generated output. The preview shows the full cinematic visual; the complete AI-written copy, the clean download, and ownership all begin with a paid deployment.
A paid deployment (Launch, Studio, or Operator) removes the DARWA™ watermark and entitles you to download the generated single-file HTML and host it wherever you choose. The downloaded HTML is yours to host and operate; the engine, the underlying intelligence, the naming, and the associated marks are not. Plan limits — the number of deployments and activations — are as described at checkout.
Free and preview renders carry a visible DARWA™ watermark and attribution. Removing, obscuring, circumventing, scraping, or otherwise extracting a watermarked or preview render for deployment — rather than purchasing a deployment — is a breach of these terms.
You agree not to submit domain names or use generated sites for: slurs, harassment, illegal activity, infringement of another party’s trademark or copyright, impersonation, malware distribution, or adult content. We maintain a denylist and reserve the right to refuse generation at our sole discretion.
DARWA™ and Apolune™ are trademarks of GhostFire Digital. The generated output you purchase is yours to host; the engine, naming, and associated marks are not.
You are solely responsible for how you host and use any deployed HTML. GhostFire Digital may revoke your account and invalidate unused deployments at its sole discretion. Good-faith DMCA and trademark complaints can be sent to deploy@darwa.ai and will be addressed promptly.
The Service is provided “as is.” GhostFire Digital makes no guarantee of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output, and disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
